On Giving Tuesday, let’s choose each other.

This year has tested all of us, yet everywhere we look, people are showing courage, care, and community.

When we organize, we win. When we invest in each other, we build power.

Another world is possible, we see hope in:
• young leaders refusing injustice
• families creating safety across borders
• communities shaping new narratives
• people showing up with love
• movements building an Indigenous Just Transition + the Next System

If you can give today, your support helps us protect our communities, grow leaders, shift culture, and build long-term power.

Every gift matters. Every act of solidarity counts. Donate today (link in bio).

Thank you for showing up with love, courage, and purpose.

With gratitude and solidarity.

The Trump administration deployed federal immigration agents to Charlotte, North Carolina, terrorizing community members. Knowing your rights before any interaction with federal officers is one of the most effective ways to protect yourself, your family, and your community.

On Day of International Friendship join us as we descend on detention centers that are caging our friends, neighbors, and families. As the Trump administration tries to divide us, we commit to freedom and unifying as friends across borders. 🌼

This Giving Tuesday, lets choose each other.

I’ve been reflecting a lot about this past year. The challenges, the victories, the heartbreak, and the moments of progress and joy that remind us why this work matters.

And Im reminded that every act of care and solidarity builds power.

To be sure, movements are rising and it’s because of people like you. People choosing courage and friendship over fear, community over isolation, and collective endurance over surrender. In a year of uncertainty and escalating crises, much still remains true: When we organize, we win. When we truly invest in each other, we build lasting power.

Another world is possible.

This Giving Tuesday, I’m inviting you to stay connected to the possibility that lives within our shared purpose and collective action. I see this every day:

* Young leaders refusing to accept injustice and war.
* Families organizing for safety and belonging across borders.
* Communities shaping narratives rooted in dignity and humanity.
* People showing up for one another in ways that deeply matter.
* Alliances building real community wealth, Indigenous Just Transition, and the next system we deserve.

Your support sustains these powerful acts of courage and connection. It allows us to respond to crises, nurture leaders, tell our own stories, and build the long-term infrastructure that movements need to thrive.

If you’re able to give today, your contribution truly makes a difference: https://presente.org/donate/

Thank you for being part of this community, for believing in a future worth fighting for, and for giving hope. We’re living in a moment that calls for solidarity, imagination, and values-based positive action. That’s why I’m inviting you to support Presente.org, a home for bold leaders, creative organizers, and everyday people building power from the ground up.

Your Giving Tuesday gift directly supports:

* Rapid-response organizing, digital impact, and mobilization.
* Narrative and cultural strategies that shift what’s politically possible.
* Defense of human rights and protection of vulnerable communities.
* Long-term infrastructure and leadership development for community power, dignity, and all of our freedoms.

If you’re able, please join us with a one-time or monthly contribution.

Together, we’re building the future we deserve. Love shows up in how we organize, in how we show care, shape culture, and stay connected across differences.

Thank you for showing up to protect communities, counter harmful narratives, and build long-term power for justice.

With gratitude and solidarity,

Matt Nelson
Executive Director, Presente.org

Gov. Newsom just handed Kern County to polluters.
With SB 237, he approved up to 2,000 new oil drill sites every year — poisoning families, worsening the climate crisis, and breaking his own promises.

Kern County residents deserve clean air, not corporate favors.

This past weekend we came together as friends across borders in the U.S., Mexico, and Canada to show that friendship is stronger than fear. That together we will not “stand by” as the current U.S. administration works to undermine friendship across borders. More to come! #FriendsAcrossBorders
