Lou Dobbs Has Resigned
Lou Dobbs has broadcast his last show on CNN, and the members of Presente.org helped make it happen. More than 100,000 people joined our BastaDobbs campaign, signing petitions, uploading photos, and attending local actions. Their actions created a public relations nightmare for CNN, making it impossible for the network to continue supporting Dobbs' anti-immigrant and anti-Latino rhetoric. Over the course of his career, Dobbs has done more than any member of the media to spread hateful and inaccurate myths about immigrants and Latinos. His departure is a victory for Presente.org, our partners, and every person who has ever stood against prejudice and discrimination.
