#WithdrawKavanaugh: Liars & abusers shouldn't be Supreme Court Justices

Here's the message we sent to our members. After you've read it, please add your voice.

Dear Friend,

Trump's Senators want to rush through Brett Kavanaugh’s Supreme Court confirmation as soon as possible, despite how terrible he has shown himself to be. Brett Kavanaugh has an extensive history of lying and abusing his power, including a history of sexual assault.1

It's clear that some Senators will do anything, no matter how gross or partisan, to stack the Supreme Court with extremist judges. But we can stop them.

Tell your Senators that Brett Kavanaugh's nomination for the highest court in our government is disturbing and unacceptable.

It would be grossly irresponsible for the United States Senate to confirm someone to the Supreme Court — which is a lifetime appointment — who has such an extensive history of abusing his power. This could be the most important Supreme Court fight of a lifetime, and for Latinx communities, so much is at stake.

We have to pile on the constituent pressure to make sure that the Senate Judiciary Committee stops Kavanaugh’s confirmation process and that the full Senate opposes and rejects his nomination. Let's raise our voices now and demand they #WithdrawKavanaugh.

Tell your Senators to stop Kavanaugh.
